Chicago - 26 Apr 2008
When I was visiting Chicago for Sean and Sarah's Wedding, I spent some time wandering the city with Ray and Mel. Here's a few pictures from that - mostly LEGOs, but a few other things than that.

Images
Ben
Ben? Seriously, Ben? It's been years!
Ben and Girl
Mel managed to set up a lunch with him and his girlfriend, whose name I forget... It was great to meet them.
Lego Skeleton
Lego sculptures of minifigs amuse me.
Lego Spider
There were a lot of neat sculptures inside and outside of that store.
Lego Sarcophagus
Is the Lego Skeleton inside?
Lego Mice
Maybe some of these are in the sarcophagus.
More Lego Mice
Hopefully the cheese isn't.
Lego Dinosaur
Technics, technically.
Lego R2-D2
It's definitely cooler when it's life-size.
Lego Darth Vader
Vader isn't quite as cool as R2 in this context.
Lego Lego
Bionicle is already a Lego brand, but it's cooler when it's made of Lego.
Lego Marriott
I suppose it's less visually impressive, but I like seeing Lego cityscapes of real buildings.
Lego Star Wars
I want these, if only I knew where to put them...
Lego Bins
If I had a nearby Lego store, I'd be doomed. (And don't you *dare* tell me that there's one nearby!)
Lego Outhouse
A part of any proper Lego construction site.
Lego Bird-Nest Guy
That's a fairly random sculpture. If only the bench had also been made of Lego...
Girl with the Lego Bird-Nest Guy
Thank you!
Girl and Pink Panther
I should have seen the contemporary art exhibit, I must admit.
Random Goose
She was annoyed for fear that we would go after her eggs.
