Once again, System Administrator
Appreciation Day occured on the last Friday of July. This was a
low-key year, but once again I was given the go-ahead to pick up a couple
of cakes and make a celebration out of it. I still wish that the Beckman
sysadmins had been willing to come as well, but you take what you can get.

One Tiramisu, one Lemon. I liked the latter much better.

Extra Cake
One of my users (Ying) actually brought a cake as well! I was honored.

The Tiramisu went really fast; the lemon cake was only about 3/4 gone by the end of the day.
