There were three major draws for this year's White Family Memorial Day Party. First of all, it was the 25th anniversary of the event. Second and third, Ray and Mel were going to be there! Okay, so there were definitely others I was excited to see again - Charlotte, John, Jacob, and Mike come to mind, amongst others - but I really miss those two around town, and I don't get too many chances to see those two of my closest friends anymore... The saddest part was that there was no Riley; he had to stay in Seattle.

The pig was the best it had ever been this year. I took a lot less pictures than normal. It was almost entirely dry, and I got badly sunburned when we went to the spillway. And I got a lot of comments on my excessivley large beard, which I now kindof regret cutting off...
